Now you can preview your email before you download it to your computer! WebSage features an easy-to-use email preview box with both mouse controlled one click and click and drag options that give you complete control over your incoming mail.

With the WebSage, email Preview option, you can select from the following options for all or any one of your incoming messages:

• Leave emails on Aristotle's mail server
• Download emails to your computer
• Delete emails
• Send emails to spam holding

You only want to hear from Aunt Sally, your bridge club pals, your travel planner and selected financial newsletter resources. You're pretty much through with the mortgage company. With WebSage you can easily set your own personal inbox filters with these user friendly options:

• Create a list of "Receive these only" email addresses
• Create a list of email addresses you want to block
• Create a list of phrases you want to block - i.e. "Mortgage or "Debt."
• Create a list of phrases you want to allow - i.e. your financial newsletter
• Create a "secret word or phrase" you share with those people you want to hear from

Customize your Inbox display
with the click of a mouse!

WebSage gives you three easy options for viewing the email in your Inbox:

1. Click “Sender” to view your emails alphabetically by sender from A to Z and click again to reverse the order, listing the emails from Z to A.
2. Click “Subject” to view your emails alphabetically by subject from A to Z and click again to reverse the order, listing the e-mails from Z to A.
3. Click “Date” to view your emails by date from most to least recent and click again to reverse the order, listing the e-mails from least to most recent.

Bonus Option: You can click on the line at the far left side of the email headers and drag it to the right to reveal the file locations of all of your emails!
